Clincoo Terms of Service
Last updated: October 3, 2026. By creating an account and using Clincoo (app.clincoo.buzz and all its subdomains), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully — this document explains your rights and obligations as a user.
1. About the service
Clincoo provides an online workspace for building, editing, and publishing websites, including a code editor, an AI assistant, templates, and deployment. We strive to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product evolves.
2. User accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials confidential. Accounts are personal; you are responsible for activity under your account. Creating accounts for fraud or service abuse is prohibited.
3. Permitted and prohibited use
| Permitted | Prohibited |
|---|---|
| Building personal, business, and lawful projects | Distributing malware or malicious code |
| Publishing your own content | Infringing others' intellectual property |
| Collaborating within plan limits | Sending spam from published sites |
| Using AI to assist lawful work | Hosting or spreading illegal content |
| Reasonable task automation | Disrupting infrastructure or automating quota abuse |
4. User content
All content you upload and create in Clincoo (code, text, images, published sites) remains yours. We only process it to run the service: storing, rendering, publishing, and backing it up. You are responsible for making sure your content does not violate the law or others' rights.
5. The AI assistant
AI features are provided as a tool. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you must review it before applying it. Clincoo is not liable for losses arising from unreviewed AI output. The AI must not be used to produce content that violates section 3.
6. Paid plans and payments
Paid features (Pro and Business plans) apply while the subscription is active and billed amounts are paid. Upgrades and downgrades follow the terms on the subscription page. Unless required by law, payments made for the running period are not refunded when you cancel mid-period; the subscription ends at the close of the billing period.
7. Service limits
| Plan | Active projects | AI chat / mo | Web deploys / mo | Collaborators |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 3 | 50 messages | 5 | 1 / project |
| Pro | 10 | 500 messages (max 50/day) | 25 | 5 / project |
| Business | 50 | 500 messages (max 50/day) | Unlimited | 20 / project |
These limits may change with notice in the app or the official blog. Systematic violations may lead to temporary account restrictions.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the service, or endanger other users. Notice will be given where possible unless urgent. You may stop your account anytime via settings, and account deletion removes data according to the privacy policy.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Clincoo is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost revenue arising from use of the service. Maximum liability is limited to amounts you paid Clincoo in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service develops. The latest version is always available here with an update date. Significant changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the latest version. Questions about these terms can be sent through the help menu in the Clincoo app.
