Clincoo Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 3, 2026. This policy explains how Clincoo handles your personal data. We wrote it in the plainest language possible, because privacy should not be complicated.

How we use data

Data is used to: run the service (storing projects, publishing sites, enforcing quotas), secure accounts (abuse detection), send important notices about your account and subscription, and improve the product with aggregate analytics. We do not sell your personal data.

Where data is stored

The service runs on Cloudflare's network: files and databases live in Cloudflare data centers, and the sites you publish are served through their global network. Some third-party providers process data only as needed for their function — explained in the sharing section below.

Cookies and local storage

Third-party advertising tracking cookies are not used.

The AI and your content

When you ask the AI assistant a question, relevant project context is sent so the AI can answer accurately. AI requests are processed to produce answers and maintain service quality; we do not sell or share your project content for other purposes.

Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account through the danger zone in settings, account and project data are permanently removed from our systems within a reasonable period, except data we must keep by law (such as transaction records). Periodic backups are also removed according to their retention cycles.

Your rights

This policy may be updated as the service develops. The latest version always lives here with an update date, and significant changes are announced in the app or by email.
