How to Add a Privacy Policy Link in the Footer
Visitors should find the privacy policy without hunting through a hidden menu. The footer is the spot that stays on every page.
Create the policy page
Add privasi.html in the project, or one section with a stable id. Write what that page collects: forms, analytics, or cookies. Do not copy another site's policy if the tools you use are different.
Link it from the footer
On every page, place a plain text link, such as Privacy policy, pointing at privasi.html. Avoid a link that is only an icon with no name. The link color must stay readable on the footer color.
Match what actually runs
If you have not installed analytics, do not claim that you have. If a form sends a name and email to another service, name that service. Update the date at the top of the page whenever the tool list changes.
The Clincoo account policy stays on this blog. The policy for a site you build belongs to your project in editor.clincoo.buzz, then goes live after deploy.
