How to Delete an Account and Projects

Deleting data in Clincoo is staged. A project you just deleted can still be restored from trash. Deleting the account from the danger zone is permanent.

Delete one project

On the app.clincoo.buzz dashboard, select the project and delete it. Until it is permanently removed from trash, it can be restored. A site already deployed does not automatically go offline just because files moved to trash — check publish status before you close a client job.

Close the account

Open settings, scroll to the danger zone, and confirm account deletion. Export data first if you still need a copy. After the account is deleted, the profile and projects are removed from our systems within a reasonable period, except data we must keep by law such as transaction records.

Cancelling a subscription is not the same as deleting the account. Dropping to the free plan is done on the Subscription page and applies at the end of the billing period.
